Do you think that the reason people, mostly men if I'm honest,that send nasty messages on her is coz they don't see the person on the other side of the message as real? |

I think a lot of men (some women too) will view their "prey" as objects, not people. Unfortunately it's the same on most social media. Most people would never dream of saying the things they type. |

Still waiting for my first proper nasty one.
I’ve had a snide potshot after I declined a meet, which I just ignored.
Also had someone escalate a decline to chat with me over a profile saying one thing when they actually didn’t mean it at all, which I found odd is I politely bowed out several times
Never anything that really rankled though |

I’ve just come back to Fab after a break, it amazes me that even after I’ve outlined what I’m looking for, that I get messaged politely initially.
I’ve a lot on my plate currently, that when I refuse to meet, that they are rude, I’m guessing WOW isn’t complimentary? 
Someone with a user name that would imply a certain kind of man was especially vitriolic…

It's not just men who are abusive on here women can be just as bad. And who knows why they do it only they can answer it but at a rough guess I would say they are just assholes regardless of their gender. |

I think it mainly comes from a build up of rejection, often amplified if the person that has rejected them is someone they wouldn’t normally go for in the real world. |
