Not wanting to hijack the gift suggestions thread. I was laughing at the impulse purchase of a water dental flosser. What have you bought on impulse that you immediately regretted?

I received a four piece jewellery set that I ordered via Groupon. Let's just say it looks nothing like the photos and the necklace won't even do up round my neck

I don't know someone on the other thread said they'd bought one, it tickled me for some reason.

I bought a lovense lush to give to someone, never did, and now it sits at the back of my sock drawer, mocking me with its shrink wrapped smirk…

It really does though, every time I’m running low on clean socks it manages to sliiiide to the front and say “you remember that false confidence you had when you went online shopping after chatting to that woman who ghosted you?!”

They were sold as Freikorps for a game that doesn't exist. They're now fighting as WWII Hungarians.

That is super crap. I was ghosted this year after 4 months dating and it's not nice to be reminded. Hide it somewhere better?

I usually dread/cringe when the postie/delivery firm turn up, it usually means I've bought something crap again. I should be banned from online shopping.

A dremel.

I've wanted one for years, because of all the crafts I could do with it.

Bought one, had a look at what to do, and started stuff that didn't actually need it.

I've hardly used it in 3 years
