What's your goals/achievements today I'm curious.

I had planned a nice lay in but my insomnia won that particular argument so been up since 0330 and I've painted the groundfloor convenience already.

Don’t overthink it, don’t overdo it. A short session that breaks the spell and leaves you able to do another session tomorrow or the day after is all that is required. Do it!

T20 semi final this afternoon. I'll have to forego my afternoon nap though!

Keep your ambitions and goal low, then you won't be disappointed!

Shoot for the stars and if you miss you may end up on cloud 9 anyway.

There appears to be quite a few people on here that are struggling to make it through the day so here are my wise words of wisdom...

Take a deep breath and count to 10, when you get to 8 throw a punch nobody ever see's it coming.

Mr Hayes.

Congratulations sir, I'm currently in the market for a new challenge after a failed career change attempt.

Enjoy you well earned spa day with your mrs.

I have 4 quotes to do which I hate doing. I really need to get them done though.

After that I plan on retrofitting LED headlights to the car as the current ones are like candles compared to my last car.
