you might need to turn your kindle off and back on. Nor being funy here but your kindle has got wi fi connection turned on?
All I do is browse the free books on Amazon and click buy now...delivered in a nano second (whatever that is ).
They have lots if free erotic books too |

forgive me if I'm telling you what you already know but if you go on the kindle section, click on kndle books then click on any of the tyoes e.g. romance a list will come up of paid for on the left and free on the right. As long as you're signed in to your Amazon account you should be able to click on buy it now and it'll be delivered to your kindle.
If that doesn't work you might need to completely re-boot your kindle I think the instructions on how to do that are in the help section on Amazon, I had to do it once.
Failing that contact the help desk thingy that Amazon have
I LOVE my Kindle though don't you? |

Does it work if you browse the Kindle section of Amazon's website from your computer instead of doing it from the Kindle? |

If it's files you have that are already in a usable format then you can just copy them on - great for ancient ebooks or documents you've had to convert yourself using Calibre or similar. |
