Out of every music artist through time, who are the main 2 artists that you are disappointed you never got to see live?
For me, Michael Jackson, Jimmy Hendrix and the Beatles (1960’s Beatles) |

"Linkin Park. I’d give anything to see them live with Chester Bennington "
That is one I’ve missed in my top 3! Chester Bennington was incredible!
Saw Good Charlotte in Birmingham and the venue played in the end over the speakers before they came on. The crowd sang every lyric! That was emotional as it was just after he died! |

Massive Attack circa Blue Lines / Protection

Was due to see Doves next year but sadly that's off

Elvis 10th June 1972 Madison Square Gardens, I'm in the wrong country, too young to get there and not enough pocket money.
David Bowie and John Lennon were at some of these 4 concerts.
If I had a time machine. |

Queen at Knebworth in '86. I wasn't old enough to drive so relied on the 'with coach' packages for gigs far away and although there were still tickets to the gig available the local travel company we used had sold out. "Ah... well... it doesn't matter" I shrugged "I'll just go to the next one instead......." |

Been very fortunate to see 100s of bands over the years ( mainly)
Would have loved to have seen Bowie, Queen with Freddie, then there's the classics before my timrlike Woodstock, Isle of Wight, etc. |

I love how different everyone is, but in this instance in quite a lengthy thread I’m surprised that only 1 person has named a band/concert that I agree with! (No point saying who, it’s not about actual taste, and no-ones is wrong … well, not wrong enough to be a dick over in a forum thread… ) |

Michael Jackson in 1988 (Bad Tour) and Prince after the Parade album and finally The Boss after he released “Born in the USA” |

Bon Scott (AC/DC vocalist died in 1980). I got into the band just after Back in Black was released later that year.
Randy Rhoads (Ozzy band guitarist died in 1982). I was a fan of the band but never got to see him live. |

Early Van Halen
Madonna on the blonde ambition tour.
The Prodigy at Phoenix in 96,when they opened up with Smack my bitch up. A partisan rock crowd being visibly regenerated as dance fans. I was there but missed this. |
