I’m sure I’m not the only one but does anyone else sit in positions that are uncomfortable? Like, I’ve got a little step for my foot to rest on when I’m driving and I’ll find that I’ve been driving, often for hour or so, with my ankle on the floor and the top of my foot resting on the side of the little step. Or I’ll be stood up talking and I’ll rest my thumb on my hip but I’ll, subconsciously be putting more and more pressure on it until it actually hurts. I’ve always been a bit of a fidget arse but I don’t know if the two things are related.

It's only after a while that it hurts and by that time it's too late.

Exactly, I don’t even know I’m doing it! Afterwards it’s like “great, now I can’t walk”
