Hello
Does anyone know what a WinManager Application is/does on a laptop?
It was downloaded onto my works laptop whilst I was away from the office. I could obviously ask in work but I have reasons for not doing so which I don’t want to go into, but I’ve not been doing anything I shouldn’t.
It’s a large size application 338,240KB (I think that’s large in computing terms?).
Just wondered if it has a specific purpose. I have tried Google but I can’t get a clear answer.
Thank you.

"It opens compressed files in a .rar and .zip file.
Unsure how big the application should be but that’s what it does "
Ah, so if someone was doing scanning and it came through to the laptop it could be used to make it smaller that sort of thing?
I thought it might have been some sort of spyware.
Thank you |

WinManager is normally an integral part of your OS and forms part of the MFB. Right click it look at location, check that it is signed should be all good. If unable yo determine location it signature give me a shout. |
