Brufen/ paracetamol tablets… hot water bottle?
I’ve actually just got out of a bath to try help my back… which is sore.
Hope it gets better soon… it’s an awful feeling knowing you’ve to be up and still awake xxx |

Nothing worse than back pain at any time.
I recently had three days of hardly being able to move & unfortunately due to a spinal condition won't be the last time! Try a good power shower, means getting up a tad earlier but may make all the difference, has helped me in the past. |

Stay away from the gels there useless.
Hopefully I'll explain this right on here lol.....
If you can sleep face down apply a pillow under your stomach/groin so it lifts you slightly.
My physio suggested this and has been a game changer.
Also naproxen on prescription from gp is a help. |
