Sod’s Law?

Why is it?

I was away twice last week with vanilla friends. While away I had two random messages, one from a couple and one from a lady asking if I was free to meet now.

Funny how when I return home, I never get messages like that.

What are your examples of Fab Sod’s law?

I was told by someone I trust that under my old profile it looked like I just wanted to fuck and go.

As I was aware that the Fab mantra is seemingly not to ignore the social aspect, I took it on-board.

Not long later I got talking to a great couple who I really liked and the banter was brilliant, but got blown out as I said I wanted to meet people and see how it goes; they just wanted me to fuck and go and they decided they weren’t my type because of that. Conversation immediately over, as polite as the rejection was (credit to them).

But FFS.

We’ve had a few Sod’s law moments concerning Mother Nature! She can be a right bitch sometimes ! Arrange a meet when we know it’s a good time for me, and then that morning MN appears when she totally shouldn’t! It’s very frustrating!!! Miss pc

Beds (or anywhere beginning with B..!?)

It's Fabs law (aka sods law) that you make a connection with someone who lives zillions of miles away ...

Or, busy lives and diary juggling just makes it look like neither party are that interested when in fact teleportation would solve it all

It’s really frustrating isn’t it! And even more so when the person your meeting thinks your blagging and you don’t hear from them again ! Oh to be regular, that would be a dream, actually totm sodding off completely would be better haha Miss pc

Can totally relate!! Especially when they think you're lying. Oh yeh I've made baby sitting arrangements, got new outfit, done nails etc, just to cancel at last minute....

I had this a few years ago with a lady. Our dates never worked. She cancelled on me. I had a plumbing/DIY emergency and I had to cancel on her.

About five months after first chatting I said, “this is never going to happen, I’m wishing you all the best and take care”.

She took that as a final goodbye and said “you’re not disappearing so easily”. She suggested another date and we finally met.

I’m so glad we did. She was a lovely lady. We saw each other many times over almost a year. It was almost so very different.

Spent three months chatting to someone only for his apparent gf to demand exclusivity. (Hadn't known she was a girlfriend). He had never spoken to her about being non-monogamous.
