True, we should never judge a book by its cover otherwise we lose out. Sadly, in the real world people do judge people by their cover and that includeds me and if I did not say that I'd be lying. Having said that, after the intially apprehensions and hearing/seeing them I quickly get over that.
For me on the whole its the loud, ie chavisticogical behaviour and appearnace but not always as I've seen many chavaty types in suits. I also avoid d*unks and self proclaimed bulls and so-called domianat people.

Excellent. I was going to psot about that but post got long so stopped.
There is/was a hardcore bunch of the born again types and my religion is the best and I'm good becuse I belong to this ?? religion - they did my head in
The politcally types and religiois types went hand in had where I worked and if you said nothing they'd ask "what do you think," and my asnwe was please leave nne out of it. They are actually worse than the types I've mentioned in my Op here.
Then there is family I avoid from both sides - TBH, they avoid me as well but we are diplomatic at weddings etc and keep it to - "hi, how are you the family, " and move on |

Yes I avoid heavy drinkers, heavy smokers (especially if you’re smoking in your pictures) people who mention “partying” and “HnH”.
There’s a few other little markers that put me off but the above are instant turn offs |

There are a few types of people I avoid. Boring, self absorbed are one type and bigots are another, yet another are those whose self esteem is so low that they need constant reassurance, it's exhausting. |

Thanks
not all smokers but have you guys noted some smokers smell like shit? I avoid them at all costs as most of them stink. I think the older I get the more dislikes I have and I hope I don't turn into a grumpy assshole |

We have a double life.
Swinging and non swinging.
Swinging don't really care too much as not really looking for long term friendships but even here its d*unks, dickheads and bores.
Non swinging, very different, have to be similar to us.
D*unks, dickhead and boring.
We tend to say hello, see what the first 5 minutes bring and either stay or move on.
Met some lovely people at clubs, parties and holidays and walked away from some not so lovely. |

Ditto.
Not a fan of mouthy wannabe alpha gobshites and militant political pricks (one flavour in particular). |

I really need to think about this ......
On here..... It's those that can't accept that different people are at different stages in life and hold different views and can do so without becoming evangelical about their own stance and seeing life as a 'fight' to be won and fail to realise that they WILL hold different viewpoints in the future.
Same off here really ...... people who pick on others because they can..
People who won't listen ...... I can excuse a 'can't' listen cos they are generally lacking in some way.
Ageists.
Sexists.
Racists.

Vile deviants!"
Indeed ...and marginally suspicious about those that avoid any form of caffeine too |

Oh god 'banter'. It used to have such a different meaning now it's just code for being as verbally abusive or bullying as you like and expecting your victim to laugh. |

Loud people! loud talkers, loud breathers.
Empty vessels make the loudest noise, and there tends to be little interesting, about people who love hearing the sound of their own voice. |

You obviously hadn't considered that they might be hearing impaired or actually having fun.
You'd probably hate me
I avoid negative, judgemental people and those who are d*unk or do drugs.

Ah, my favourite English teacher used to say that to us about empty vessels.
I loved listening to him read aloud. |

"Liars
Misogynists
Arrogant people
What kind of liars?
I have in laws who tell a story and elaborate quite grandly.
We know they are lying but it's not harmful lies.
"
I really dislike dishonesty in general. I've just had a lot of it. People who aren't open and honest in general perhaps? |

I would tend to avoid dramatic types, who take no responsibility for their behaviour. I also don’t feel comfortable being around people whose moods are really up and down. I think it comes of growing up with a mum we had to tread on eggshells around. I like good-natured folks who you usually get the one way. Of course we all have blips in our moods - and I can be a cranky cow at times - but you know what I mean. |

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’ |
1st - people that are ..... "ist's." You can't talk or reason with them. Don't even bother. It's a waste of time.
2nd - agressive people. It's an absolute turn off in character trait in a woman for me.
3rd - Liars and excessive braggers (braggers in the sense that they are better than you & try to trump you. Trying to do the keeping up with the Jones's. Buy & do things cos you like them. Don't do it cos it makes you think you are cool, better or cos you copy others - that makes you a sheep!) |

I avoid any negative people, they drain my sparkle...
People that only talk about football, people with agendas and those that hide behind their online presence Liars, chauvanists, the arrogant and the dull.
I lead a quiet life |

This could be a long list of types for me OP.
I think that it can be summed up into 2 categories
1) people who drain my energy levels
2) people who have no respect for others or their boundaries |

"People that are waaaay too confident about themselves and what they would do to me which would "gaurantee" pleasure! "
Oh, for sure. And those types never deliver anyway!
Plus, it’s arrogant. |

I run a mile when the folks turn the discussion to items such as Charlie or other similar substances. I appreciate that substance's are a person choice, but they have implications and career limiting effects! |

On fab we avoid folks who
- have a long list of dos and donts
- say no text talk but start their message with hw r u
- say send face pic with first message but yet don't do the same when they say first message

Self absorbed people who see their reflection in every comment good and bad. Every compliment is taken as theirs even when it's not and every criticism has to be aimed at them regardless of where it comes from.
People who live for drama and where none exists they create it.
My fab journey has improved immensely in recent months just by avoiding the above. |
