Whether it be your overall life picture right now or something small that you do and love.
What is your current happy?
Today I’m prancing round my kitchen to an epic soundtrack whilst making sticky toffee pudding and now blondies.. my dogs occasionally pop in for a nosy, and no doubt a doggy eye roll at the noise. There’s cake mix everywhere and I look a complete state. I’ve smiled all day this is my happy.
So tell me, what’s yours?

Knowing two more books for my course are due to arrive this afternoon! I’ve been waiting 16 years to do something for myself again and I’m loving every moment of it so far (ask me again when my first assignment is due!) |

In a quite space in a club or bar, my songs come on, I've been drinking but not "d*unk" d*unk, more pleasantly buzzed. There are interesting people to talk to but I'm just taking a moment out to appreciate the ambiance |

After the lows of finding myself in the market for a new career earlier this week, myself and luna have been talking and theres a new business venture on the horizon so with a little hard work and imagination hopefully I'll no longer be working for "the man".

"A lazy morning snuggle with my daughter. Pretty much the only time my head switches off."
The other evening I almost fell asleep snuggling with kids. Had to crawl out from under two bodies.. felt like I was trampled over..
Sounds blissful. |

My happy is knowing that I have (hopefully) years ahead of me where I'm not saddled with a paying job. I can spend my Thursday mornings drinking coffee in strange little coffee shops, lay on the sofa at four in the afternoon quietly reading, engage in extreme sports on a Monday morning (unlikely), basically do what I want when I want. This makes me very happy indeed |

Travelling, road trips and days away as long as further afield. Meeting new people and having a laugh
It really is a small world and we aren't here a long time so try to see as much of it as you can and have new experiences to look back on |

Back of Nowhere and Beyond |
I've got a variety of happy depending on my needs at the time.
Like you Saff, dancing around rhe kitchen baking is definitely one. My dog used to lay in the doorway giving me the beady "wtf" eye which was awesome, and I've not been able to enjoy it as much since she went. But I'll find that again.
Down by the sea is another. It calms me and helps me blow the cobwebs away, but always reminds me how lonely I can be. Yet it gives me hope and strength as well.
And talking about anything, everything and more with a very special man. Anywhere at any time.
That's my happy.
