I did not say that. I was seeking the cause and effect.
If a man or women withdraw a significant part of their contribution to the partnership it is not surprising the other party will seek to reinstate it by alternative means.

I think this is truer than any statement and very incisive. The moment I touched my ex. she found excuses to get out of bed or move away. She tried not to even have photos taken with me and was very anti being on social media with her. It did turn out she was having an affair and we're now divorced, but I'd suggest getting to the root of the issue, because there's almost always something else that's the issue. This is most likely just a symptom. Make sure she feels absolutely loved and appreciated in everyday ways. There are no guarantees, but it's a start AND you can look yourself in the mirror knowing you've given it your all. Looking back there were ways I could have done things differently. This isn't easy to say, but have an honest look at you and see if there are things you've stopped doing over time and think back to the way you treated her in the early days.
