"Peppers and chilli have seeds inside them
strawberries have seeds on the outside.. "
Strawberries are not technically fruit because the seeds are outside
I think runner beens and other seed pods are not fruit or veg either |

Basically if it has seeds it is a fruit, and fruits come from flowering plants. Vegetables come from leafy plants and are the edible part of that plant. Like onions are the bulbs of an onion plant and carrots are roots. Peas and corn are actually fruits as they are the seed element of the plant and grow from a leafy stem. |
