Grrrrr not the best nights sleep infact think ive managed about three hours ,so will someone pass the matchsticks.....insomnia sucks....the mind was deffo on overtime last night  |

Thankfully insomnia is something I've never suffered with. Is it a condition that you believe derives from childhood or has it arrived later in your life?
I'm assuming there are a number of factors that can cause the syptoms i.e dietry, stress/anxiety etc. |
