That's... that's really not how breasts work. They're made up of lobules, ducts, and fatty and fibrous connective tissue. There shouldn't be anything sharp or pointy in that. 
Maybe pointy nipples (it's a chilly day), but if they're sharp it's worth a bit of investigation. |

Tbf boobs do come in an incredibly wide variety of shapes. None are likely to be sharp in the same way as say a dart but I can understand the adjective pointy being used, sharp a bit less so
