lost mine at the start of the year old age just can't find a replacement the dog was spot on typical patterdale terrier true escape artist. used to go everywhere with me. |

he even came on a meet with me a few times lol, the dog was a trooper if only he could of talked. meet the same couple a few times, finally got the invite to theres and the guy was like, you aren't going to bring the dog are you, ha ha. |

"I thought it was illegal to own Pit Bulls in the UK."
Think you can still get them so long as you go along with the dangerous animals regs, pitbulls are really nice dogs, plus you can breed them they are pretty much a Lab crossed with a bull terrier.

Previous bad owners looking for a status symbol and media hype, a dogs a dog, i had a cairn that no one but me could handle, she would take chunks out of anyone who thought she was too cute to be a vicious dog. that was just the way she was i re-homed her due to previous problems, a bull terrier of any sort would of been put down. |

I see, I’m not really a dog lover but not a dog hater either, I have a pretty neutral view of them, so I genuinely thought Pit bulls were naturally angry and aggressive dogs. I guess that’s just what we’re led to believe if we don’t know any better. I didn’t realise it was only ones that have been neglected that are like that, it’s sad that some get treated that way, the lack of empathy some people have is staggering. |

They can be trained to be aggressive they are a very powerful dog but placid if brought up as a pet, they can be very aggressive to small animals if it is encouraged as a pup, that's the problem when they don't get out and meet other dogs and people they become territorial same as any dog. |
