My least favourite moment is Sunday evening. Knowing Monday is just around the corner is worse than Monday itself to me. Don't get me wrong, Monday can still go fuck itself up the arse. |

I love Sundays at the moment. I see one of my best mates for coffee in the morning, then the rest of the day is free to spend however I choose. I read, I piss about online, sometimes I'll cook those fiddly dishes that take ages to make, I just enjoy the luxury of time to waste.
It was different when I hated the pressure of my job and spent all day Sunday worrying about what Monday would bring. |

"Is it just me that finds sundays so boorrinnggg
Today has felt like the longest day how do you keep yourselves entertained ?"
Every fortnight on average I have a Sunday afternoon session with one of my regular ladies.
Today has been a blank day but that's not such a bad thing as I'm still recovering from Friday night's session at Jaydees, which ended with me on the St. Andrews cross and taking a flight into subspace at the expert hands of MistressR as a result of her flogging skills |

Sundays are great, I'm either hanging out with my kid or doing a big tidy up of the house ready for the week ahead. Usually make a big vat of something for dinner as well so it lasts me the week.
Years ago, in my raving days, it was a day of recovery - veg out, sleep, watch films, order takeaway and chill. |

Days to yourself are what you make of them. Too much time to yourself can feel bleak and counterproductive, so find something that you enjoy or do small things to keep your enjoyment up.
Take a walk, some exercise, pick up a hobby, read, write, maybe watch a film, take yourself on a ‘you date’. Fill your time with nice things |
