I just ate a Carb Killa protein bar. However it was probably a futile attempt at being good, as I’m not sure I’m going to be able to resist the hot dogs and Halloween cake I’m doing for the kids later  |

Some quality snacks here, particular the Mars bars, Lindt balls, apple pie, Nik Naks and caramel shortcake.
The wheels are well and truly off my diet tonight  |
