Too scary??

So it's a tradition my husband takes the kids out trick or treating and I stay home to man the door...

I'm dressing as a maid this year (no boobies or vag will be out) completely PG rated maid

I kind of wanted to do a cut throat thing, fake blood... If you were a parent, would you be a bit pissed off? Too much gore?

As long as it’s kind of comedy/ cartoon sort of style it would be ok, ultra realistic may be ani issue

I will be wearing my Halloween dress (has pumpkins and ghosts all over it) with tights and witches hat to answer the door, love seeing the little ones all dressed up

If you’re answering the door smiling and giving out sweets thats one thing, if you’re laying in the street pretending to be dead then suddenly opening your eyes and telling them they’re next, thats probably taking the piss a bit

We thought it was quite cool too but there we go, also did creepy doll which was a lot of fun

My lads costume for the school Halloween party made some of the younger kids cry.

Job done!

In my opinion Halloween 'should' be scary, not a time to dress up as a box a cereal.
