"Simply, do you like him or not? "
Until he recently made the news for comments about Trans people I'd never heard of him, though supposed to be this great comedian ranked in top 10 of 50 best in the world? Can't say I feel a great need to seek him out. |

1 of the best ever, but his act now is more story telling. Great story too. Don't believe the negative press watch the closer and make your own mind up, rip Daphne |

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact |
The true greats offer commentary on society rather than cater to the masses. They transcend joke telling. It depends on which end of the spectrum you fall on. The opposite I imagine would be Kevin Hart for example who I don't connect with at all. |

He is one of the most popular and well known comedians ever. You don't achieve that by not catering to the masses. |

I hear ya. But his material sails close towards the edge rather than the mainstream and he doesn't really care if the public get it. He has his own agenda. |

Have liked him for many years now. enjoyed the David Chapelle Show programs back when they were out. Recently watched the Closer and enjoyed it. Didn't pick up that he was anti LGBTQ from what he was saying in it. |

It's a great comedian and human being. With principles that he sticks to! Very rare now a days. We don't think he is hateful towards any group at all.
But the most important thing is that he is fighting for everyone's freedom of speech. |
