Anyone thinking of updating to ios6 that owns a iphone 3gs and uses maps alot dont Apple have fucked maps up ffs  
On the plus side works fine on my HTC desire HD

I upgraded this morning on my iPhone 4 and everything is working fine.
Apple maps has took quite a slagging but they couldn't really keep supporting and promoting Google maps, a company who are now their fiercest rivals. |

Just IPhone 3GS the new maps system isn't supported on the 3GS, but a can't believe how they've left it as is it looks Shite. Hope they bring a Fix out for it

Yeah I had to update mine. Quite normal when a phone's firmware is updated as it wipes unique carrier settings. |

Yeah I had to update mine. Quite normal when a phone's firmware is updated as it wipes unique carrier settings."
Quite normal ??? really ok first time for me since I've had my iPhone, strange after restarting my phone it put me on orange T mobiles new EE network but now it's changed bk to orange T mobile. A guess I'm not normal lol

Updated mine last night an have found a few interesting changes so far with regards to how it treats podcasts.... Was going to give the maps app a try on the way home to see how it compares to my co-pilot app |

I have just gone to do mine but its saying I need to free up some space for the update to work
I do not have that many apps but what I do have is quite a lot of videos taken with the camera that I do not know how to get from my phone to my pc ?
Can anybody tell me how to do it ? |

* Connect phone to PC with your USB cable.
* Double click on "My Computer".
* Your iPhone should show up under "Scanners and Cameras".
* Double click on icon for your iPhone.
* All your pictures and movies from the iPhone camera roll should be visible.
* You can now drag and drop any or all of your photos to any folder on your PC. |

The carrier update settings came after the ISO6 update was done through iTunes not my phone network provider. Orange or is the EE now

Ok just updating mine now but very confused. In I tunes its saying I'm over capacity yet on the phone I have 3.5 gb left. Anyone else had this or what did I do wrong. |

I think it is because you have to have enough space to temporarily have to operating systems on there whilst updating. Only guessing though. If I am right smoke me a kipper |

1st feature I found was the new do not disturb... Followed by using elbows album as my new wake up alarm music... Is the maps as bad as everyone says? I have heard paddington station has gone missing and Dublin has gained a new international airport!! |
