Dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.
Hello from wild windy Cymru.
I dont post as much as i used to so for those who dont know. I am a happy long term Forumite. Who just sits back to read all the shenanigans going on in here .
As my chums may know i am splendidly positive, some times annoyingly so  .
We do all like to complement others and yes we are hard wired to enjoy complements too.
So unlike most threads this is about you.
Tell me and the group a positive thing about yourself .

I said a lot of positive stuff about myself in my profile and I am happy to repeat. Still not an easy ask, mind you.
I am a very affable, gregarious person despite being very shy in my youth and in many respects an introvert. But, thanks to my job and my travels, I am way more adept and confident in social situations.
I am also nearly three years sober and have done amazingly to navigate the rigours of my career and personal life without having a drink to "take the edge off".
And I'm also now able to look at myself naked in the mirror and say, "You're FIT"... which I never could have done even three or four years ago.
So, yeah, I'm fit, friendly and fabulously sober. |

To be fair, I've done a lot of work on myself over the last seven years or so, which makes it a little easier to acknowledge myself, my achievements and my positive attributes. 10 years ago I would have really struggled to come up with anything. |

I like to build others self esteem and self worth whenever I get the chance to, even if it's just a big smile in the supermarket to bring cheer to those looking miserable or exhausted.
Always paying compliments to folk where I feel it's due.
Costs nothing to be cheerful and uplifting to everyone. x |

I have a huge amount of care and compassion - and still offer it even when people chose to decathect.
Doesn’t mean I’m a pushover without boundaries, but it does mean I’ll love you even when you can’t love yourself. |

I'd say that one of the most positive things about me is that I'm very positive (probably annoyingly so to some)...there is a silver lining in every cloud, and I reach for those to help me up when life deals me a blow |
