Do you mean occasional douche for anal play or the fad of colon cleanse? Cause the latter can have adverse effects rather than actually help or "detox" from what I recall. |

There is no magic number of times that makes douching unsafe. But I would seek professional medical advise if in doubt. I only ever diet and do an enema to ensure super clean arsehole in advance of knowing if I’m going to be playing (& then always use plenty lube). Never do I douche or perform an enema on a regular basis, since I believe this cannot be good for you as it upsets the natural balance within body and if not careful can lead to infection, etc. |
