My personal preference is a varied mix of pictures.
Obviously naked is good (I’m a boob and arse man in particular), but i also really appreciate a good lingerie shot, tight jeans, gym gear….
But my absolute favourite, and this is going to sound cheesy as hell….. a beautiful smile |

Tease with just including lips, but not full face 
And please, please, consider what it looks like as a picture, is it framed well, are your kids toys on the floor, can you even tell what body part it is.... Make some effort, you're not sending a pic to your Doctor to help identify a lump...make is sexy, not gynaecological |

I think this is important. Pictures in which you are comfortable, and enjoying the posing nearly always come across better.
In terms of what men like, most has been covered. But I do like to see a face picture (or at least eyes), I recognise not everyone wants to do this.
Looking through the pictures I have fabbed, I seem to "vote" heavily on the bum front! |

Not sure if it's coincidence, but the first page of the Most Fab'd is nearly all photos that contain a face.
I think most people like to see a person, over just a body part (however nice a body part it may be).
As I say, it may be a coincidence, but it backs up my theory. |

Personally I love smart dressed people.
Maybe flash a teasing leg or cleavage, even a glimpse of your knickers.
