the St Valentines day massacre in a way that will not cause any descendants to seek a prohibition!
1. Put away all drinks.
2. Stop posting bullshit on walls offering them watered down alcohol.
3. Unless you desire stupid d*unks.
4. Intelligent d*unks do exist.
5. Have good policing.
6. No speakeasies
7. Make ALL earn their voices.
8. Thank God J Edgar wasn't in charge.
9. For him organised crime didn't exist!
