So is ronaldo after that shocking tackle....should have been given a Red card...he proper spat his dummy out and could have really injured our lad. Every player should be penalized via their wages when they don't play at the level they are capable off...not just sack the manager.

As a ex season ticket holder I can honestly say that was the worst I’ve seen for attitude , determination and effort since my first game in 1981. The Ronaldo signing was just appeasement by Glazers to the fans and sorted the real issues in midfield at all x

Liverpool hold the record for having the most managers sacked within 24 hours of playing them. But he'll be sacked after the City game when they concede another 5. They don't want to bring in a new manager now to only have to get off to a losing start.

Which bit of the Guinness Book of Records is that fact in?! What a brilliant fact! I'm just disappointed that I won't be seeing my colleague, who's very soul is tattooed with the LFC crest, until midweek sometime. His delight won't be half as enjoyable on Teams

I heard it on MOTD. At the time there were 14 premier League managers sacked after playing Liverpool. It might be more now, or within the next 24 hours

Why Why Why Why has he not gone weeks ago... Incompetence straight from the top - Owners + CEO = complete footballing failures since Alex Fergusson and David Gill left . Just leave and destroy some other club/sport... Ole was set up to fail...no surprise.

Lost 4-1 to the "mighty" Wolves who were made to look like world beaters....

*Watford.

The United players just aren't hungry enough to turn it around. The best players in the squad are under-performing and living off past glories. They'll just come out with the 'Sorry about that, we go again' social media post and then do the square root of f all on the pitch next game to show it.

TLDR : Ole in!

If you want the Glazers out Ole needs to stay. The lower down the league they go the less chance of making champions League the sponsorship will kick up a fuss the less money they make and the Glazers will realise how much money it will take to get them back up and sell.

It’s time to stop paying such huge wages to these over paid “athletes”, it’s entirely the players fault just like any other job, the outcome is mainly based on the person carrying out the work.

If only...They usually sack managers when it become mathematically impossible to qualify for Champions league.. Then new manager come in, next year its 4th place finish, and improve on it the following season.... and combust and repeat... just going round in circles.. the new "Old Liverpool", or Arsenal in recent years..

Need Glazer DNA only(specific targeting) SARs strain is the only realistic hope. Horrible to say I know...

Players follow the coaching setup which unfortunately just isn't good enough. The players can only do so much with their individual skill, it's up to the manager and coaches to knit that together to get a team playing well. I love Ole, but he can't do that

The United squad is on a par with all the other squads in top 8 .

Therefore the coaching is the issue .

I was a season ticket holder and as much as Ole did well to arrest the Jose mess he can’t take them further .

Foolhardy

Too many players the same . Some position glaringly shot

Rashford Martial Sancho all similar

Shaw Telles similar

Pogba Bruno VDB all similar

DeGea Henderson Heaton do we need that many?

Mata Lingard Jones wasting space

Yet no right back cover

Centre midfield defensively dreadful

Cavani and Ronaldo joint 70 yo

No plan few tactics and reliant on individual brilliance

And a few of them bottle it in front of physical aggression by opposition players and fans

I don't watch boxing so not entirely sure how much a trainer would help but pretty sure the boxer take the advice of their trainer leading up to the fight and in between rounds, so isn't it exactly the same?

We have the personnel, Sancho should be playing on the right with Rashford on the left with Greenwood and Martial rotating those positions idlf Martial can be arsed.

I don't mind Shaw and Telles both being there as you need competition for places and Bruno is a 10 while VDB and Pogba are both 8s who need a solid CDM to play with them. We don't have a solid CDM though, hence McFred.

I don't mind Lingard and always had a soft spot for him and he can be cover for Bruno but agree with Mata and Jones along with Matic wasting space.

Even with Cavani and Ronaldo getting up there, their quality is undeniable and would rather have them around than not

I never used to agree with the "individual brilliance" label but this season it's been more glaring than ever. We need to get a manager who can combine the defence and attack because we've been way too open with no support

Bad move not to move Lingard on, for both club and himself. Club were holding out for £25m in summer, West ham offered £20M. Now lucky if we get £10M in Jan plus spent another 6months on his salary , and he can leaves for free in summer. He stayed for sentimentality and attachment to the club instead of given himself the best platform to play week in week out, and taking leap of faith and moving forwards. Struggled with mental health on and off, which I sympathize, and playing for mental club aswell surely hasn't helped, and interestingly having Pogba's cousin as an agent.. Both JLings & Pogba should have left in yesteryears.

Jones is an unfortunate case, but he never has had consistent fitness over the years. Look how many injuries he has had each season on Transfermarket. Also wasn't his fault he was handed a 5y contract while severely crocked. Incompetence by "Transfer and Contract Negotiator" Matt Judge (a lawyer) an old pal of Ed Woodwood - "Ohh Friend ". Also Jones has not been in a great headspace and this is something I have been thinking for some years... From a humanity perspective I hope he can find fitness, form and confidence somewhere suitable..

Matic true CDM - legs have gone years and years back, also probably lost faith in manager and coaching team. Fred btw is actually an attacking midfielder, another one shoe horned into the wrong person for years, and just bought to stop him going to Man City. Another let's get one over them which backfired...

Mata never plays in true position, which is attacking centre. United always put him primarily on the right wing (he never has had pace!) and its been a long decline. McTominay -slightly better version of Cleverly...just. But is v limited - plays crab football - goes side to side, never can constantly play a one touch forward pass, always stop pirouette, pivot (you ain't Pirlo) and pass it backwards... FFS.

Rashford/Greenwood - great pace but are not wingers. But not entirely strikers (need better coaching development), and just v greedy and take potshots as soon as they get into a position where a defense bisecting cross should be the first move.. When it works it works, but hey..

Martial - dnt want talk about him. ffs

Fred dnt want to talk about him. ffs

Harry Maguire - biggest disappointment. The most emotionally weak captain (if you can call him that) ever to represent United. Slow cumbersome.

So really what changes? - Ole (The manager) is out. The coaching staff (Big culprits for failure) are still there...FFS

CEO Ed "Deadwood" Woodward (Proven failure in footballing matters - Glaziers puppet yes man) soon to step down but will still linger on somehow, will be replace by, you guest it another "Ohh Friend" Richard Arnold.

Still owned by the Team Glazer - F**K Yeah! Yeehaa!

The rot has always been, and will always seep down from the TOP (of the hierarchy).

Carrick at the wheel - OH DEAR. Gonna give me proper Radgie this one..
