At some point in our lives we appreciate that we have some in built core values, and that they are really hard to change... Do you think those values change although our lives or are we stuck with them forever (those core values that serve us well and those core values that don't serve us quite so well?) and if you feel like sharing what some of yours are... |

Our core values are up to us. We can consciously change them, and they evolve |

I think core values and or beliefs change over time depending on our situations and things we’ve learnt upon the way. I know mine have altered, some remained the same. |

I am trying to think what my inbuilt core values are and Im not sure. I am quite adaptable. I assume you mean things like not robbing or murdering people? Any other sort of beliefs can be adapted to fit I suppose. |

Think some core values stay the same and some adapt and change as we live and learn through experience but they are indidividual to each person as world would be a boring place if we was all the same xT |
