I hope you’re right. I went to Rock City in Nottingham’s club night just before the lock down and the main room was all pop music. |

I used to live in it any and every night of the week, then straight to work the next day ! When the o2 abc burnt down I went to a gig that was rescheduled there and it was so weird! A ton of middle aged people all reminiscing about good old Garage days with fake IDs and swapping jackets to get in |

Last time I set foot in a club was in 1989, a night of underage drinking in the Vic in Oswestry

Do you mean Jilly's Rockworld? Yes, went there a few times. Mr KC went out more than I did (I had "other" responsibilities!) Lots of places have closed now, unfortunately. 42nd Street is still going though (I didn't go there).... Satan's Hollow is still around too, I think. That's just along from Canal Street. |

Love Carter USM
Tell me you're a Family Cat fan too?
Nope- i'm the other Family CAt fan on the planet (had Airplane Gardens, Tell em we're surfin & Farthest from the sun all on this week ).
I'm requesting that 'I am the resurrection' is followed up with the 12" of 'Fools gold' for a good 20 minute long groove fest...then maybe some bouncy brilliance of 'After All' from The Frank & Walters- then later on i'd like JAMC 'Falling Down' please, but not until i'm nearer the d*unken shoe gazing state
And I thought me & my mate were the only Family Cat fans. You are a gentleman Velvet Rope."
