I’ve woken up at 6 every day for the past three months "

"6:15
Although I usually beat it
That is my goal in life "
Winning isn't all it's cracked up to be Nora, especially when you get up at 6.10 and jump in the shower, only to hear the alarm going off for the next 10 fkin minutes cos you forgot to cancel it first |

"Alarm screen on your phone look like. Are you a
6:30, 6:45, 7, 7:15 person or do you just set one time and get up?
"
I used to have five, now I have two. The real alarm time and then the “if every light is green, I make no mistakes in my Wallace & gromit style exit from bed, I can make it and be 1 minute early (or late)” alarm. |

"8am and I’m up… just don’t speak to me until I’ve had coffee and quiet time
So... Never?
And you’re a knob
But also kinda right…. "
Have you had coffee and quiet time yet? If not, I shall not take that personal! |

06.50, 07.00 but I can’t remember the last time I actually heard these ones they just ring out.
Then it’s 07.10, 07.20 and 07.30 all end up on snooze but I normally get up somewhere between the last two.
Then there is 08.00, 15 minute warning to get out of the door, 08.15 leave now. |

Haha no if I got straight up, I’d just fall over. It’s an organised wake up and a set routine within it, no phaffing just do what you need to do. Learnt a long time ago when I had to be on a train at 06.05 |

Precisely! If you can get up an hour later than you set your alarm, why not just set your alarm an hour later?! What is the benefit of cycling through waking yourself up and then trying to sleep again? Your body didn't want to wake up then, so why force it to when you didn't need to? You could have just carried on letting your body sleep.
Snoozing is mad. I just don't get it. |

Snoozing is really bad for you too. I only snooze if I’m distracted by someone otherwise I get straight up 6:30, shower, stretch , coffee , first daily call is 7:30. |

I have several alarms set.
A smart speaker, I only have to ask to stop.
My phone by the side of the bed.
An alarm clock across the room.
I'm often awake before the first alarm and very rarely rely on the second.
Not sure if the third one still works, it's been that long since I've heard it |

5:00, 5:05, 5:10 and so on until 5:30
It’s a sure fire way to make sure you get up. |

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon |
I don't even know why but I have an alarm set for 7.00.... and I'm usually awake before it. Got no reason to have it other than it gives me a sense of routine I guess.

1 day at 10

And no snoozes. I hate alarms I never hear it much I turn it off due to lack of sleep stressing I'll miss the alarm . I'm more a go bed at 5am and up whenever. |

Don’t even know how you’re still alive with the amount of sleep you get!"
Years of doing it. It’s the norm for me now! |
