Same here re well cooked meat fat. An occasional guilty pleasure, nice crispy fat, or the fat on a freshly cooked ham when it is like honey and hasn’t set yet. The non-fat eaters probably don’t enjoy bone marrow either

Melon is the one thing I'd put on this list, can't stand it. Otherwise, if it's edible I'm eating it (and if it's not edible, I'll probably try it anyway; would still be better than melon!)

As for kiwi skin, I was told once there are incredible health benefits ...what they actually were I can't remember! you're welcome!!

Crusts of bread, toast. Even crumpet crusts (they don't have them but you get the idea).

Lettuce, only a few layers of it are useable. That's why I stick to bagged salad.

That's surprising funny, but then indo know someone who had a full blow phobia of ketchup like he will punch any one who brings it close to him.

Fine would be the fat bits of bacon, and bacon in general If I can avoid it. But I do love a fry up

A friend of mine absolutely hates tomatoes, calls then the devils testicles . Probably not great with ketchup either

I'm the same. Used to be allergic to them as a boy so didn't eat them. I grew out of the allergy, but still can't stand them raw. Cooked, no problem, particularly in sauces. Devil's testicles in my new word for them

They’re called phloem bundles, and are just as nutritious as the rest of the fruit - packed full of potassium, fiber, vitamin A, and vitamin B6 (I used to be the same but after knowing this I don’t discard).
