So I did something I don’t usually do today. I got McDonald’s breaky and it was lush but I decided to put the hash brown in the muffin … total game changer.

What other food hacks do you swear by?

Most people who hate tofu haven't had it the way I make it... Scramble it with a fork and fry the absolute shit out of it, until the texture resembles mince. Then add a metric ton of seasoning (love making it with Mexican spices for tacos).

Converted quite a few tofu-haters this way

Had it this way for the first time in a Chipotle in NYC - they call it Sofritos over there. Absolute life-changer (I'm an ex-tofu hater too )

Not weird but I cooked paella with Spanish friends once and they were rather dumbstruck when I added a fresh fried egg to mine.
