National Apple Day

Jump to: Newest in thread

By (user no longer on site) OP     over a year ago

It's National Apple Day. A day dedicated to celebrate all things apple.

Apple pie, apple sauce, cooking apples, and the all important Apple Tree.

Feel free to leave any dedications or compliments below as to why apples make your day that little bit better.

My nan’s spare room.

I’m fond of fruit other than apples but apples are delicious fruit.

An apple tree in blossom is a beautiful sight.

I couldn’t tell you the last time I ate an apple. They’re the most boring of the fruits.

But in a pie ... now you’re talking!

Wedges of apples in a sponge cake are yummy. Makes it moist enough to eat alone or accompanied with ice cream and its divine.

Sure, butter or no butter?

I'm a little worried you want apple in a sandwich but I'll go with it.

But you said it was okay to do as I needed some hair to floss those bits of apple from my teeth!

Back on topic, I do love homemade apple crumble with custard. A lovely mix of tart and sweet

Verifications never lie.

Unless they lie of course.
