I have been so busy concentrating on the NHS in England that this news report has come as a bit of surprise.
The Welsh are experiencing cuts to their health service. They are still maintaining free prescriptions. The news has just featured a Welsh woman renting in England in order to qualify for cancer treatment in England.
Splitting the 'National' services in this country will lead to more stories like this I feel. |

You'll find items a post code lottery no matter where you are in the country ...
My father in law had a brain tumour earlier this year, and was treated in England, Liverpool, a this was the nearest centre of excellence.
If the Welsh Government had it's way we would have had to have treatment in Cardiff. And that's more than for hours away |
