It is good to have that. I try to have that most of the days where I dont open the mobile, when I do look, it is about 10am or so, where I check instagram, facebook and other news

Media is everywhere, so not just your mobile phone but magazines, newspapers, television and radio too. All of it tries to influence us on some level.

So no, I don't have media free mornings as I still listen to music.

Early morning and evening for me, we're not allowed to have our phones in the work building so I keep mine in my car and maybe poo out at lunchtime to check it
