Which type of alarm do you wake up to?

The shrill ring of the old fashioned alarm clock bell?

The subtle tones coming from your mobile phone or the harsh vibration?

The need to wee?

Or, something completely different?

Newcastle upon Tyne

We are woken up very gently every morning by Alexa who plays some soft music (sounds nice but we both bloody hate that music now)

Total body clock, typically 3 mins before my alarms meant to go off... yes its weird!

If i lay in and snooze i feel like shit for the rest of the day

Our daughter dragging the stool across the bathroom floor to get on the toilet. 0730 sharp.

No alarm needed.

I generally wake up before the alarm...but mine is a gentle sound from my mobile.
