Oh well, so long

So, I got a message from someone on a FETish LIFEstyle site bellyaching since we were "not talking anymore" can I remove the photos of him from my profile. I obliged and did so, just pressed delete and away they went. They were images where his face was hidden and if it wasn't for the fact that he had commented numerous times on them so they show up on his feed and everyone knows he has played with me they would have been anonymous. I have had this in the past before and straight after I deleted these photos the guy said he didn't mean it and could I put them back up. Wasn't happy when I said "Nope, they are gone forever"

My photos are of happy memories and special moments. If people are going to get arsy with me then I'd rather delete them and move on. I have plenty of others of more intense play session anyway *sticks tongue out and thumbs nose childishly*

Anyone else had toys thrown from prams when you are clearly not given people the level of attention they feel entitled to?

Surely people are entitled to rescind consent for their pics being used by someone else?

Did he ask you to put them back up this time?

Also, did you at any point let him know you weren't interested anymore?

I think him asking you to remove them I’d perfectly acceptable, and I’ve done the same in the past. Having a strop when you obliged is just silly.

Nobody really should have photos on their profiles of others without permission. But hey ho it is FAB

Asked for them to be be deleted and request was obliged, so tough they're gone. End of move on.

I usually just ghost anyone that is high maintenance or asking me to help carry their designer drama luggage.

Agreed. It might have stung a bit but it's perfectly reasonable to ask for photos to be removed/deleted, whatever their reason is.

I think a lot of you are clearly missing the point of the op's post. She didn't say he had no right asking for them to be removed. She didn't say she denied him. She took his photos down and those of others before but has found that in the past the guys have then been upset and asked for them to be put back up.

Game playing or manipulation maybe?

Not really sure what her no longer being interested in the guy has to do with anything.

I think you did the right thing, putting them back up would just continue the drama. Sounds like he was just looking for a way to mess with your head

I know, I was simply refering to those on fab displaying pictures without permission on their profiles.

He asked for them to be removed from that site, you did. End of. Wouldnt give it another thought. Tough if he changed his mind.

How many on fab would do so if asked?

And then he was arsey about it? Maybe he changed his mind and felt bad.

Could be game playing. Asking about the pics being removed in the hope you would feel a pang of regret and beg him to meet you again.

Yes, whilst not the same I did have a similar scenario with a couples profile where the male counterpart pleaded to have his lovely verification he left me removed from my profile due to his Mrs. not happy with him. I was invited to play under their couples profile and when I arrived at their place I was greeted by him and directed to the bathroom to change and get dolled up then told to go into bedroom. I did as instructed, walked into their bedroom to only find him laying their naked on bed with his cock out. I asked where his Mrs. was and he said she’s out and that it would be only him, which was contrary to initial talks prior to meet. Anyway, we played for a good 2hrs and he told me as I was about to leave that I was his first experience as a CD. He left me a lovely verification expressing how much he enjoyed and I didn’t think anymore of it. A week or so later he contacts me to say please remove the verification he’d left due to his Mrs. not at all happy. I did as he requested, and removed him from my profile deleting verification. Never the intent or under the impression that it would cause such a palaver. Never forget his parting comment, when he replied “women” as if to say never any pleasing them. I was somewhat disappointed, not for the fact the the verification was lost but because clearly it transpired that his Mrs. wasn’t in the know regardless of an open arrangement under their couples profile. Now I always make sure, to ensure both are happy otherwise I much rather not meet-up with a couples profile.

We were never an "item" just met at events. FL doesn't have instant messages like on here so you never know if your messages have been read. I didn't reply to his so he's got narky.

To be fair I get pretty upset too when someone I've met and slept with ghosts me. I'd always prefer someone just cut it off if they have no further interest rather than leave me hanging. Maybe he was just trying to get your attention with the photo thing but I can kind of see why.

Horses for courses though I guess.

We'd never had a sexual relationship. He was a needle bunny or hedgehog for me at a workshop 7 years ago. He messaged me a few months back but my Fet inbox if full of messages from all over the world. I often ignore it. During that time period he had made comments on the photos so they would show up on his friend feed to highlight his level of play. He was more than happy to cash in on my reputation and skill set when it suited him.

The photos were of a joint session in which a friend had used needles and I had beaded his back. It was a nice collaboration piece.

Maybe the simple answer is he just changed his mind, no overly complex over thought reason at all?
