The land of grey peas and bacon

it irritates me to the point of distraction. there is no need for bitchness or back stabbing or 2 faceness. I keep out of my office politics and friendly with most people... however sometimes it effects us all...

Doesn't just happen in offices...

Tend to let most of it go over my head otherwise it would drive me mad.

I used to work in an open plan office and it was just shit the amount of back stabbing that went on.

In warehouse work at the moment but at least sometimes there's a fair bit of camaraderie when it's us vs management. Any attempted backstabbers actually get their comeuppance.

In an office it's all brown-nosing and behind backs behaviour while making things look 'official' on the paper work side of it.
