I worked with my OH for some time with me reporting directly to her.
The relationship did suffer as a result, to the degree where it broke down.
That was mainly because it became all about work with no (or at least very little) time for us either as a couple or as 2 individuals.
That was a long time ago now and I think in retrospect we both realised what went wrong / what we did wrong but never again would I be willing to work with a spouse or partner or even close friend or family member.
I know it works for some, just not for me. |
