"How short is a short piece of string?
As long as a piece of spaghetti
But how thin is a thin piece of linguine?
About as wide as it is broad "
Thanks, now I'm banned from Aldi. At least Lidl didn't mind when I brought my own bag. |

You obviously haven't mastered the art of taking a Tesco bag into Sainsburys |

What? I take Lidl bags into Waitrose. After all, I've got to help save the planet and all.
If I accidentally take a (used) bag to the supermarket I'm visiting that (accidentally) has their logo on it I turn it inside-out at the self-service checkout. I'm sure they appreciate the gesture as I'm not advertising their contribution to global plastic pollution. And if they don't appreciate it they can go and fuck themselves as keeping the bag the right-way-in wasn't in their "unpaid checkout assistant" job description (which they forgot to provide me a copy of).
Anyway, has anyone bought the OP a tape measure yet? |
