I’ve still never gotten around to trying lobster.
I keep meaning to but whenever I go out to a nice restaurant I always end upon laying safe and having something I know that I like. |

"Well a restaurant I keep getting told to try Wagamama…
Other than that maybe lobster?
Both over rated in my opinion.
Oooo really? "
Yep. Ramen is just soupy noodled with an egg in it and they give you a weird ladle thing to eat it with. Your food all comes out at different times depending on what's ready first.
Only tried lobster once but it was pretty tasteless. |

Hmmmm... Probably middle eastern spices.. Maybe some exotic vegetable I've not heard of.. I've got preserved lemons in my cellar, but I've not tried them yet
I made Russian sauce the other week.. Oh and cafe de paris sauce which was delicious... I'm quite adventurous with cooking, so I've tried lots of things already |

"As a cook, I am pretty adventurous, and love trying different styles of food, having travelled quite a bit I have samples many things, but never tried sushi, as I am not a lover of raw fish"
I’ve tried it but not a fan due to raw fish, until I discovered Unagi which is cooked eel and is delicious |

Cuttlefish stew is surprisingly nice, tried many things and will try many more as they come on my radar, except tripe, i have never heard anything nice about it, my dog loves it, but he eats the shit from anything and vomit when he gets chance.? Wagu beef is nice, but like everything, it is how it is prepared and what it is served with, and which red wine you use to wash it down lol. |

You want to go to somewhere where's there's loads of it. Like Boston. It's relatively cheap there because there have so much. That way it doesn't matter if you don't like it! |

If you've bought lasagne from Tescos in the last few years, you've already had horse. |

"Rosé tteokbokki with kimchi side."
I've had a couple of korean dishes but would like to try more. I watch these korean dramas where nice looking dishes keep getting name checked, but I have no idea what they actually are or what they would taste like. Then when I do go to a Korean restaurant, I play it safe with things I already know, rather than risk getting something I would find awful (like the tripe dish that was made so much of on "Zombie Detective"...) |

Lobster is actually better the cheaper it is.
The best time to eat lobster is when it has just moulted; the meat is sweet and has a bit of "chew". Unfortunately, it doesn't travel well in this state so most commercial lobster is sold once it has a hard shell and been frozen (which makes the meat mushy and bland).
Freshly cooked crayfish tails taste like "proper" lobster and are much easier to find inland. |

It’s not much about the ingredient as I’ve tried almost everything. Mmm maybe I’d try proper Wagyu beef in Japan!
Anyway , I’d love to try some Filipino dishes as I never had it! |
