Errr … I’ll give you a clue… all you need to get , is a Rosetta Stone AND OUIJA board and you might know exactly what the fuck is wrong with me when I get moody and mardy as fuck x you might be able to interpret my 1299 different types of sighs I make when I’m in a proper mood
Not that hard at all x 
Ps: sometimes I need manual for you guys cos I just don’t know why some of u blow hot and cold, or act like I’m the most precious thing and then just vanish off the face of the earth for days or weeks… please, I need answers!! |

They just go about getting the things they want in two totally different ways.

For example, based on what you have posted and what's in the book - you are a complex emotional woman. Most of us are too.
Because men need to find a solution to every problem they feel unable to help.
Therefore they leave you to stew until you've worked things out. Which is exactly how they tend to deal with their crap.
In reality you might want to find out the true cause of any mood swings. And the men need to realise that not everything needs a solution. A hug is often enough for a woman.
Men go off and ponder or sulk. They don't reach for hugs as much.
This is just an example, not a theory I am putting out there |

To be fair, bang on! X 
A genuine hug in silence would often be enough for me to snap out of it, and I do sort my shit out anyway, but knowing I have the full support.. even if unsaid, would mean a hella lot x
