We have been to Malta a lot. Swinging is not really something that is active in the country. Most locals have a strong religious existence and this sort of lifestyle is not something they support. St Juliens Bay is the biggest place for nightlife and there is now 2 casinos I think. Even tho its the place to be on the island for nightlife it's still pretty poor by the standards we have in the UK.

I've had 4 holidays in Malta over the years but as for any Swinging activity, it would be more likely with holidaymakers in Hotels.
I managed to find one retired British Couple a few years ago who outlined how Malta works.
As mentioned already, the country is mainly Roman Catholic in daily influence which locals follow closely.
There's also the Maltese way of everyone knows everyone, their business, what they do, where they go etc! You don't have secrets there!
Nude sunbathing or bathing will likely get you police attention. Swingers clubs don't exist.
But it's an excellent island and holiday destination. I've got to know a couple of Maltese female friends in this country and they're lovely! |
