Bad day at work

I'm having such a bad day. Work is busy as hell and it's stressing me out. I had to wait 5 hours for a break and when I finally go on my break, I couldn't get anything to eat as everywhere was packed so ended up clocking back off my break after being on my break for 10 mins.

Now I feel more stressed and just want to go home.

Find a quiet place and breathe slowly and deeply for a minute or two. It should make you feel less stressed. Hope your night gets better.

I never understood buying expensive cinema popcorn when you can just go into a screen as the film ends and collect scores of half eaten boxes ;-p

There's always pretty good pickings on the floor too. People can't seem to find their mouths in the dark

Why everywhere was packed was because the bloody football had finished. I had no chance of getting anything to eat because by the time I had ordered something, it would have been time to go back to work

Now that I've finished my shift, I still feel miserable.

Sadly, it's one of the downsides whenever I get stressed or upset about something.
