I love wearing my high heels and my high heeled boots, but after lock down, I am finding them less comfortable, maybe because I'm less used to them.
(Or maybe they were never comfortable but I didn't realise as much after a year in slippers!!!)
Have you any tips you could share on making your feet more comfortable in heels, or maybe finding ones that are comfortable to wear or even walking tips so that they stay comfy after more than 10 minutes!
They might feel really great in the shop but then after I've had them on for 15-minutes when I'm out, not so good at all! |

Around the house I find works well for that kind off thing
Start off 5 minutes and increase by 5 minute each day
Also can be good for training to walk in skyhighs also |
