You’ll have to be more specific. You’ve taken a step already so lay it out. Everybody has times where they feel like they’re not enough. It is absolutely okay to ask for help, nobody will judge you for saying you’re struggling or feeling overwhelmed at the moment.

Please just talk to someone. A friend, a stranger. Just someone. Otherwise it just reverberates around your head and gets worse. You are enough. I'm having a couple of mental health days atm - you're not the only one. My inbox is open if you'd like to talk. |

You my lovely SD are more than enough and we as your forum friends are always here to support you and remind you when you need us.
You don't need to open your heart here if you don't want to, send a DM to any of your friends (incl me) and talk through the situation over a cuppa.
