I'll try to cover both possibilities.
If you got stood up - some people are jerks, or occasionally emergencies happen and they haven't told you yet.
If people ask for a meet and aren't meeting you - they get to choose who they want to meet, or not meet. |

Sometimes it can be a simple case of sausages, sometimes i plan to go out but then i see those succulent pork and apple sausage just sat there on a plate in the fridge, i try to leave them.. close the door and walk away but curiosity becomes of me and i need the smell, the taste. Then before i know it they're under the grill.. sausage smell waftering up my sniffer... so you see sometimes things just dont go the way we forsee.  |

People may want to meet someone who superficially is exactly you but they don't choose you. Not all meets are posted same day and people find that their availability, interests etc changes
Sometimes life changes plans. Don't focus on the failures, except to learn and refine your strategy.
You will never be mutually compatible with most people. Accept that and you can make realistic expectations |
