Going to get my nipples pierced next week hopefully and my friend says it makes your nipples hard most of the time. Got me thinking about what people (mostly men) say when you have hard nipples. Would like to hear any. The most common being is it cold outside

But seriously I wouldn't say anything to someone I don't know very well. I don't know that it wouldn't make someone selfish conscious or uncomfortable. Personally though I love to see it
