The Boomtown Rats were a good band in their day. What Bob Geldof done for Africa I think was pretty remarkable and should not be forgotten. He also made us sit up and listen and open our eyes up to the poverty in the world. |

Bob Geldof may have a load mouth and says what he feels. But, he gets things done and has saved 100's if not 1000's of lives.
He's also an excellent musician and a brilliant life performer. The Boomtown Rats where the last band I saw before lock down.
He turned 70 this week to. |

Bob’s finest moment for me on the humour side must be when he was on Richard and Judy and RM was grilling him asking if the press were correct about his hygiene and quick as a flash he said don’t believe it like I didn’t believe “Richard the Shoplifter” cut to commercial very quickly lol |
