All sorts.
Tried new minestrone soup recipe and my family loved it. And usually whatever I make goes down well well with friends and at some potluck type of occasions. It makes me happy. Through stomach to heart  |

Jogging in the small hours of the morning. I started C25K in lockdown and was ashamed to be seen out running so used to run around 5am. Now 4 stone lighter and jogging 4 times a week I absolutely love the early morning run and then shower before the commute to work. |

Walking in the hills
Dusk
Bats
Firelight
Fairy lights
Nature
and the changing seasons
Taking a shower in the dark and really enjoying the sensation of hot water, the lather and the smell of essential oil over my skin
looking out of the window into the dark whilst doing the above and wondering if anyone is looking back from their dark window too
