"Seeing my eldest son for the first time in over 12 days as he had covid when at his Dad's.
Yaay "
I literally squealed when I saw him to take him to school. I'm bouncing around the place so happy for having a hug |

I’m thankful I’ve lost over 2 stones in weight since this time last year. I ran 5k this morning, something I couldn’t ever have done this time last year . |

I'm thankful for a good chat slash empowering rant and walk with a friend I didnt speak to for a while.
I'm thankful for people who are crap with technology which allows me to gather more evidence of their twattery
I'm thankful for my kid's teacher who is a star and always puts my worries at ease even if it's just a 2 min talk at the drop off. Some people have such a calming energy. |

I'll be honest, I'm struggling today. Have had an upset stomach that's only just settling down after 2 1/2 weeks but now the waves of nausea I've been having are getting worse, actually retcged a few times today and the continual exhausted feeling is making working really hard. I've barely run for nearly a month and I'm starting to feel quiet low.
Today, what I'm most grateful for is having a wonderful girlfriend who not only cares for and about me but is pulling way more than her fair share around the house without the slightest hint of a complaint. She truly is a gem.

Thankful for everything. When someone you know dies suddenly it makes you really appreciate what you have.
I'm also extra appreciative though of that fact we are heading away for a few nights holiday together in the morning and going to climb a rather big hill in The Lake District. |

Ooh, enjoy the lakes, I've yet to go there with her ladyship. She fell in love with N Wales the first time there so I'm expecting similar when we eventually go.

Ahhhh she will absolutely love it I'm sure. I can't understand anyone who doesn't love it. We need to get there more often and climb mountains, only just starting with the easy one Cat Bells but hope to tackle many more.
Why don't you book a surprise trip there for your good lady?
